LibSkills

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Who we are

LibSkills.com is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("LibSkills," "we," "us"). Questions about these terms: support@libskills.com. By buying or using anything on this site, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

3. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax may be added where the law requires it.

4. Refunds

Every product has a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email support@libskills.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Limits: one refund per customer per product. A refunded Toolkit purchase disables your access links and downloads. A refunded subscription is also canceled. After 14 days, canceling a subscription stops future charges but the current period is not refunded.

5. Your license

Your purchase is a license for one professional — you. You may use the prompts, reports, and generated outputs in your own practice, including in work product you deliver to your own clients after your review. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the prompts or reports — no posting them publicly, no bundling them into your own products, no giving copies to colleagues (each professional needs their own license), and no using them to build a competing product.

6. Usage limits

7. Professional responsibility — read this section

Everything LibSkills produces — prompts, reports, Radar issues, and pack outputs — is generated by AI as a drafting and research aid. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or any other professional advice, and it can contain errors. If you are a lawyer, accountant, real estate professional, or other licensed professional, you must review and verify every output before using it with or for a client. You remain solely responsible for your professional work and for complying with the rules of your profession. Using LibSkills creates no attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional or fiduciary relationship between you (or your clients) and LibSkills.

8. Email

Buying from us involves two kinds of email. Transactional email — receipts, access links, refund confirmations, and the paid Radar issues themselves — is part of the service. Marketing email — product updates and offers — always includes a working one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional email, and (see Section 2) does not cancel any paid subscription.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The products are provided "as is." AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated, and we do not guarantee any business outcome, revenue, or result from using it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You can stop using LibSkills at any time; cancel any subscription to stop billing. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms — for example, redistributing the prompts or abusing usage limits. If we terminate a subscription for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of the current period.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email active customers at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [STATE]. Please email support@libskills.com first — most issues are fixable in one reply.
