What this workflow is designed to do.

Check one campaign across up to ten SKUs and five supplied dated channel drafts against approved offer terms, schedules, assets and stock snapshots; propose source-linked corrections and questions.

Use the input and output contract above to assess whether it matches the decision you need to make. The examples below show the intended structure, with source information and human review kept visible.

Example input

Fictional input — Amber Autumn campaign
Hand-authored synthetic data, not a real promotion. All approvals, dates and snapshots below are fictional.

[R0] Reviewer Lee asks Robin to check one campaign, two mug SKUs A1/A2 and two dated drafts. No source supersession. All times below use fixed UTC+01:00. No browsing, publishing or account changes.

[O1] Lee's approved offer, revision 3 dated 2026-09-30:
O1.eligibility: A1 and A2 only; all customers; gift cards excluded. No quantity/redemption cap. Discounts apply only while stocks last; no future stock promise approved.
O1.money: EUR; all listed merchandise prices include VAT; delivery excluded from eligibility and discount. No additional tax calculation needed.
O1.base: A1 EUR 29.95; A2 EUR 49.95. No approved comparison-price/history evidence supplied.
O1.promo: 20% off each eligible unit with code AUTUMN20; eligible merchandise subtotal must be at least EUR 50.00 before discount. No stacking with other discounts.
O1.rounding: round each unit's discount to two decimal places, half up; subtract it from the unit base, then total units.
O1.window: start 2026-10-01 09:00 UTC+01:00 inclusive; end 2026-10-05 00:00 UTC+01:00 exclusive.
O1.disclosures: each supplied draft must retain eligible SKUs, code, threshold basis, no-stacking, VAT display, window and while-stocks-last condition.

[L1] Approved campaign plan, signed Lee 2026-09-30:
L1.web: website goes live 2026-10-01 09:00 UTC+01:00.
L1.email: email sends 2026-10-01 09:30 UTC+01:00; this later time is intentional.
L1.asset: hero-v3 is approved for both channels; hero-v2 is withdrawn. Only asset references/status are supplied, not image contents.

[S1] Stock owner Sam, Warehouse North snapshot at 2026-09-30 16:00 UTC+01:00. Units are individual mugs. Sellable is defined as on-hand minus reserved minus quality hold.
S1.A1: on-hand 80, reserved 12, quality hold 3.
S1.A2: on-hand 20, reserved 5, quality hold 0.
S1.refresh: no future stock guarantee or approved refresh interval supplied.

[D1] Website draft A, revised 2026-09-30 17:00 UTC+01:00. Planned go-live: 2026-10-01 08:00 UTC+01:00. Asset hero-v2.

Illustrative output

Amber Autumn — consistency review
Hand-authored synthetic illustration; not recorded model output.
DRAFT — HUMAN REVIEW REQUIRED

One campaign, two SKUs, two dated drafts. Reviewer Lee; draft owner Robin. The review is complete for the supplied text and references, with corrections and a stock-refresh decision outstanding. Nothing is approved for launch by this review. [R0]

Approved contract
O1 controls offer facts and rounding; L1 controls channel schedules and asset versions; S1 describes one Warehouse North inventory snapshot. No approved sources conflict. Approval status is supplied, not independently verified.
A1/A2 only, all customers, gift cards excluded. EUR prices include VAT; delivery is outside the threshold and discount. AUTUMN20 gives 20% off when eligible merchandise subtotal is at least EUR 50.00 before discount, without stacking and while stocks last. The window is 1 October 2026 09:00 inclusive to 5 October 00:00 exclusive, fixed UTC+01:00. [O1]

Exact calculation record
A1: EUR 29.95 × 0.20 = EUR 5.990; unit discount rounds half up to EUR 5.99. EUR 29.95 − EUR 5.99 = EUR 23.96.
A2: EUR 49.95 × 0.20 = EUR 9.990; unit discount EUR 9.99. EUR 49.95 − EUR 9.99 = EUR 39.96. [O1.base, O1.promo, O1.rounding]
One of each: EUR 29.95 + EUR 49.95 = EUR 79.90, meeting the EUR 50.00 pre-discount threshold. Discount = EUR 5.99 + EUR 9.99 = EUR 15.98. Final merchandise total = EUR 79.90 − EUR 15.98 = EUR 63.92, VAT included, delivery excluded.
One A1 alone at EUR 29.95 and one A2 alone at EUR 49.95 each fall below the threshold. Their discounted unit amounts are conditional, not standalone offer prices. The rule includes an eligible subtotal of exactly EUR 50.00; no supplied basket is claimed to total that amount.

Website findings
F01 — CONFLICT, D1 planned go-live 08:00. Approved website start is 09:00 UTC+01:00 on 1 October, also the offer start. Proposed schedule correction: 09:00 on that date. This is a one-hour early plan, not a timezone conversion. [L1.web, O1.window]
F02 — CONFLICT, D1 asset hero-v2. This version is withdrawn. Proposed reference correction: hero-v3, approved for the website. Actual image content was not inspected. [L1.asset]
F03 — CONFLICT, D1.L1 “over EUR 50.00”. Replace only “over” with “at least”; preserve eligible merchandise, before-discount basis and delivery exclusion. The current wording excludes the equality case allowed by the master. [O1.promo]
F04 — CONFLICT, D1.L2 “A1 EUR 23.95”. Proposed replacement: “A1 EUR 23.96”; keep the basket-threshold qualification. The draft is EUR 0.01 below the result of the approved unit-rounding rule. [O1.base, O1.rounding]
F05 — UNSUPPORTED, D1.L2 “was EUR 39.95”. No approved comparison-price history is supplied. Remove that clause pending evidence; do not replace it with another historical price or declare the reference unlawful. The approved discount base remains EUR 29.95. [O1.base]
F06 — CONFLICT, D1.L3 end “5 October 23:59”. Proposed replacement for the full timing line: “Valid from 1 October 2026 09:00 UTC+01:00 inclusive until 5 October 2026 00:00 UTC+01:00 exclusive.” The draft end is 23 hours 59 minutes later than the approved end. [O1.window]
F07 — UNRESOLVED, D1.L4 “80 A1 mugs sellable now”. S1 records 80 on-hand, not 80 sellable: 80 − 12 − 3 = 65 sellable at 30 September 16:00 UTC+01:00. This exposes a stock-basis mismatch if D1 intended S1; S1 cannot determine “now” at revision or future publication. Remove the quantity assertion pending a fresh, authorized basis. Do not substitute a present-tense 65. [S1.A1, S1.refresh]
F08 — UNSUPPORTED, D1.L4 “guaranteed through the offer”. Remove the guarantee; retain the already approved “while stocks last” condition. Neither a stock snapshot nor that condition establishes future availability. [O1.eligibility, S1.refresh]

Other checks and intentional difference
D1's 20% rate, A1/A2 scope, AUTUMN20 code, before-discount threshold basis, delivery exclusion, no-stacking, VAT display and while-stocks-last wording match O1. Its start clock agrees with O1, but F06's full replacement makes the year and both offsets explicit.
D2.L1–L3 match the approved terms, EUR 63.92 basket calculation and exact window. The email send at 09:30 is intentionally later than website 09:00 and falls inside the offer; do not align the two schedules. Hero-v3's reference is approved for the email. [O1, L1.email, L1.asset]

Stock and remaining dependencies
S1.A2 sellable = 20 − 5 − 0 = 15 mugs. Both SKU calculations refer only to Warehouse North on 30 September at 16:00 UTC+01:00. That snapshot will be 17 hours old at the planned website launch and 17 hours 30 minutes old at the email send. These ages do not establish freshness or future availability. Sam has not supplied a refresh policy. No units were reserved or allocated.

Human decision queue
Lee / F01–F06 and F08: review the proposed schedule, asset and wording corrections. Decision: blank.
Sam and Lee / F07: confirm what the stock wording was intended to represent, provide an approved refresh/availability process, and decide whether to remove all numeric availability copy. Decision: blank.
Lee / F05: supply approved comparison-price evidence only if a historical-price claim is retained. Decision: blank.

Coverage: both drafts' supplied copy, planned timestamps and asset references checked. Asset image contents, live stock, legal discount validity, tax law and platform compliance were not assessed. Proposed changes remain drafts; no publishing, sending, pricing or campaign setup occurred.
Reviewer / date / final decision: blank.
