Fictional agency: Northline Studio. Client: Cedar Desk. Approved scope: a six-week launch campaign; one campaign brief, four LinkedIn post drafts, and two email drafts. Rate card in USD: campaign brief $600; LinkedIn draft $150 each; email draft $200 each. One revision round included. Client supplies approved product facts. Media buying excluded. Tax treatment not supplied.
Illustrative output
Proposal draft — Cedar Desk Scope: one campaign brief, four LinkedIn drafts, two email drafts, and one revision round. Pricing: $600 + (4 × $150) + (2 × $200) = $1,600 before any unresolved tax treatment. Excluded: media buying. Timeline: six weeks; milestone dates require approval.
